I usually have soft. smooth, feet until winter time. My feet become dry and cracked because they are stuffed in boots for most of the day. I have found a great natural remedy to keep my tootsies soft and healthy.

1 part Tea Tree Oil mixed with 3 parts Coconut Oil |
Depending on how bad your feet are, I will give you a few different methods:
- For basic maintenance on dry feet: Rub a generous amount of Coconut Oil on your (towel dried feet) after you get out of the shower, then put on cotton socks.
- For extremely dry cracked feet: Make a mixture of 1 part xTea Tree - LARGE 4 OUNCE - 100% Pure Essential Oil (Best 4 fl oz / 118 ml)
mixed with 3 parts Coconut Oil. After you get out of the shower, dry your feet well. Rub mixture generously all over your feet and put on cotton socks.
- For severe dry cracked feet with athletes foot: If you have cracking between your toes, scaling, redness, itching, you most likely have athletes foot. Soak your feet in 1/4 cup of Epsom Salt and water for 15-20 minutes (or take a bath with 2 cups of Epsom Salt). Use a washcloth to slough off the dry skin. Towel dry your feel well. Rub Tea Tree / Coconut Oil Mixture generously all over your feet and put on cotton socks. Do this twice per day and wear clean cotton socks to bed.
*** (Be sure to bleach your shower, change your bedding, wear clean socks, wash your towel & washcloth after each use - Athletes foot is extremely contagious.) ***
- Always keep your toenails as short as possible. It is a breeding ground for bacteria, and fungus.
